VALUES

Honoring God.

Many entrepreneurs hide their beliefs for fear that they will “offend” a potential client or customer.  I am a Christian who seeks the Lord’s guidance in all things- especially in our business.  That said, I respect people whether they believe in God, don’t believe in God or just aren’t sure what they believe.

A Purpose Driven Life.

I believe each and every person has a unique gift that only THEY can share with the world. I believe everyone has a distinct purpose in life, and that finding and being true to that purpose can allow people to experience life in a more meaningful and fulfilling way.

Honesty.

One of my Advertising professors started ripping down the student’s work in class one day and giving some harsh criticism of their designs.  I was one of those students.  I loved every second of it.  It made me a better person and a more effective marketer.

To me, “The Truth Shall Set You Free” is more than a catchy saying. It can be the difference between success and failure in your business.   I believe aspiring and beginning entrepreneurs should be told the truth about what it takes to succeed on or offline.

Here’s what you can count on:  I promise to tell you what marketing strategies work and don’t work.  I promise to tell you what tools I recommend and things to watch out for.  If you become a coaching student of mine, I promise to be 100% honest with you on your journey to build an Authentic and Savvy personal brand, even if that means telling you things you don’t want to hear, but that you NEED to hear.

The Summit.

Although I’m not a mountain climber, in all that I do, I seek to Summit. I don’t “try” things, I “do” things.  And when I “do” things, I give it 110%.  Whether it’s with my coaching students, attendees at a live event, or students of my digital courses, my motto is simple:  over-deliver.

Keep Your Promises.

There’s nothing worse than a broken promise.  When I say I will do something, that is what I’m going to do.  Whether it’s a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on a product, or helping a team member or coaching student, I honor my promises.

Laugh Often.

Life is always better with a little laughter.  My husband Rich has the super-human ability to make me laugh when I’m madder than a wet hornet! Laughter is important in business, so get ready to have a good laugh over here every now and again.
