When we succeed at kicking bad habits to the curb, we think we’re free and clear.
But sometimes those habits leave behind roots.
I used to be an approval addict, and I thought I’d fully overcome it…until I caught myself doing this. I realized I was doing it because there was a bit of lingering approval addiction.
When I figured out my old bad habit was still getting the better of me, and causing me to do this, here’s what I did to overcome it (and how you can do this, too).

Natasha, this is great!! Last month I had to purchase a new phone and I even looked at going back to a flip phone???
But, since I’m on call 24/7 and my phone needs to be on all the time, I purchase another smart phone. Needless to say I absolutely appreciate your challenge!! I’m joining you “except for work calls”. I too often get in my phone, especially in the middle of the night because something comes to mind. Thanks again for your honesty and integrity!!
