Do you have your BHAG for 2016?
What the heck is a BHAG?
Is it a monster or a new type of dog?
No.
It’s your big, hairy, audacious goal.
This is something that I learned from my good friend and internet marketing genius Russell Brunson.
I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend that you have a big, hairy, audacious goal for your business in 2016.
Set a goal that is out of reach. Make it something that makes you question “Could I really accomplish that?”
This goal can be monetary or something else. Just make sure that it stretches you.
Once you’ve figured out what you BHAG is, I want you to post it where you will see it while you are working. Use pictures to spruce it up!
Then, this next step is the secret sauce:
Reverse engineer what you need to do to reach that BHAG.
Here’s an example:
Let’s say you want to reach the goal of making $10,000 a month in your business.
Start with asking yourself, “What can I sell?”
How much do you make on each sale?
If it is a $1000 product, you now know that you need to make 10 sales to reach your BHAG.
Next, figure out if that product is ready to sell. Did you already create it? Is it an affiliate product?
Then, if you need to create the product, outline the process for getting it ready to sell (writing a sales letter, running ads, etc).
Now, you have items to fill your calendar so that you can accomplish your BHAG this year!
