Rich and I frequently get emails from people that say something along the lines of…

“Hi, I’m Bob.  I am seriously considering purchasing your product and starting a business.  I really need to make more money.  But first, I need to know, will this work for me?  Can I really make enough to cover my living expenses?”

or

“I’ll buy your program if you can guarantee that I’ll make my money back.”

Let me answer these questions once and for all…

A business is not the same thing as a job.

In a salaried job, you do the task assigned to you, and you collect a paycheck. Like clockwork. (Hopefully)

No risk…

Well, actually it’s the illusion of no risk considering the crazy unemployment rate and the large amount of corporate downsizing!  But when you own your own business, there are NO guarantees.

Your business depends 100% on you.

The decisions you make.  Your business acumen.  Your existing talents, skills and abilities.  Your work ethic.

So to all of those people writing us asking us to “guarantee” their success…

The answer is “No.”

Anyone promising you success in your business (unless they are offering you a salaried job) is full of B.S.

So puh-lease, quit falling for stupid scams with people promising you boatloads of money with little to no effort.  Quit buying into hype-y sales messages, when you KNOW that to be successful in business it takes work, skill, perseverance and a whole lot of guts.

And if you do buy into stupid scams and hype-y sales messages-own up to it and don’t blame others. The blame game is lame.

(How’s that for an awesome little rhyme?)  LOL  ;)

While I’m on my soapbox…for all of the people asking us if “they can REALLY make money with our products and services.”

The answer is:   “It depends.”

  • How much money do you make right now?
  • How much money do you want to make?
  • What are your existing skillsets?
  • Can you turn on a computer?  If you can’t turn on a computer, are you willing to learn how to do so?
  •  Are you a quitter?
  • Do you have money to invest in your education and the tools necessary to build your business?
  • Are you willing to get help from experts instead of trying to figure it out alone?
  • Are you coachable?
  • Are you disciplined enough to work on your business constantly, instead of “trying it out for 3, 6, 9 months?”
  • Are you willing to continue to work hard even if you see very few results at first?

Bottom line…your success depends on YOU.

As for whether the “Internet Lifestyle” dream is a reality…

The model of starting a business online, and being able to work where you want, when you want, and with whom you want (and get paid well at the same time) is 100% attainable.

I should know, because after all that’s the life Rich and I live now.  But it wasn’t all lollipops and candy canes over the past 6 years.

Was it easy to get where we are?  No.

Did we work our tails off to get here?  Yes.

Is there a formula that we followed?  Yes.

Will I share it with you?  Yes.

I firmly believe that following someone who has gotten the results you want to achieve is one of the best ways for you to reduce the time it takes to reach your goals.

That’s why Rich and I spent 24 months researching and testing what strategies work and don’t work for building a six-figure business online.

Then, once we got our blueprint in place, we started sharing it with our private coaching students.  Once they starting generating an income online too…I decided to invest nearly 6 months putting the information together in a home study course called Branded: 100% Authentic.

Branded is our blueprint for making a sustainable six-figure income online without hype.  But before you decide if Branded is a right fit for you, check out my free 4-part video series to help you get on the right track, by clicking here.

Regardless of whether you use our blueprint for building an authentic brand online, or not- just remember….

Your Success Depends on You.  Period.
